MEDEA Tanzania uses Storytelling, Art and Community Mobilization to reach out to and work closely with its target beneficiaries. Storytelling is a very powerful tool for expressing and engaging the audience, where they can express their daily challenges and look forward to possible solutions. Our storytelling methodologies involve both art and media, which portray our agendas to disseminate relevant messages to the target audience.

The messages aim to improve young girls’ and women’s voices and advocate for community accountability. We use interactive and comprehensive approaches to mobilize citizens to engage in our works, from the production to the feedback processes.
